Celebrate & integrate your learnings with your new friends on an unforgettable women-focused one-day pilgrimage—a great opportunity to weave together the wisdom gained during your retreat as you prepare for your return home. -8:00am-9:00am, Traditional Italian breakfast in dining room
-9:00am-12:00pm, Group Coaching Session
-12:30pm-1:30pm, Traditional Italian lunch in dining room
-1:30pm-4:30pm, Personal time for exercise/yoga, trip into village, private coaching, rest, journaling, etc.
-5:00pm, Afternoon Snack
-7:30pm, Gather at the farmhouse for a traditional Sicilian meal & wine
-9:00pm, After dinner your evening is free to enjoy as you please
Location Information:
The retreat, set in a historic countryside farmhouse overlooking the sea, is surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, and prickly pears, infused with the scents of the Mediterranean. Its large terrace, the heart of the space, hosts breakfast with local delicacies and sunset relaxation in the sea breeze. The main house, clad in soft local stone, exudes ancient charm and harmony between tradition and modern design. Each unique room offers a patio or garden, while details like linen curtains, the aroma of fresh bread, and antique furnishings evoke timeless memories and the simple joys of life.

OPTIONAL PRIVATE SESSION
Are you the gal that wants private time with your coaches to ask questions or get extra in-person coaching and support for something you are working on? Sarah & Elizabeth will each offer two, one hour private coaching sessions over the course of the retreat. Our private sessions will be held in the afternoon.
